Sport Specific Training
Whether you need to get your fitness up to speed for Football, Skiing, Rowing, running a Marathon, getting fit for a Charity run or some other sport where you need to get your fitness and health up to a standard which will make you a contender. I can work out a program and help you step by step with the motivation.
Below is an example of a fitness plan, bear in mind that the time will vary depending on several factors, such as your health, fitness objective and your own personal deadlines.
- Stage 1 involves an assessment which includes a lifestyle screening assessment to find out the clients expectations likes and dislikes. Their available time, plus the clients personal health screening for example weight, blood pressure, etc.
- Stage 2 involves a personal program with client open for discussion and amendments. The aim is achieve the clients personal goals. Then if agreed start of exercise routine.
- Stage 3 consists of number weeks (depending on your timescale, agreed in stage 2) of exercise with reviews weekly, verbal and motivation. This may vary depending on the clients health and fitness and the level of fitness required (personal goals) which would have been discussed in stage 2.
- Stage 4 on completion a reassessment of the all details reproduced i.e
weight, BP with relevant positive results to help the client to be independent so
they are educated, motivated and to maintain their new goals.
