Salsacise

Salsacise your way to fitness and body toning.
Dance your way to fitness, good health and new friends.
Salsacise is a low impact with optional high impact exercise/dance which combines fat burning choreography.


No experience required as the steps are easy to follow and with each step you are moving to a tropical environment with a latin attitude.


Salsacise is not just great fun for fat burning and muscle toning exercise but great cardiovascular exercise. Not only will your heart be racing with the salsacise movements but your heart will be strengthened from the aerobic movements.


Salsacise may help you to burn the fat from the hips, thighs and stomach plus any other places where fat likes to hang around.


Salsacise your way to fun, for all shapes, sizes and gender.

NOTE: Please come to the class at least 5 minutes early. This way everybody can go through the warm-up, exercise routine and the warm-down together. Late comers disturb the exercise flow which spoils it for other people.

Anybody is welcome to come and watch for free before deciding to join. As long as you come early and check in with the instructor (for health and safety reasons). I will not be able to answer questions during the session as this is unfair for the people who have paid for the class. Time permitting after the session I can answer questions.

Come along have some fun, socialise and get fit at the same time.
