Personal Training
Why personal training
There maybe times when a person needs to have a specialised exercise or fitness routine, that is tailored just for that person. Needs may vary for the person having been unwell for sometime and feels the need to get fit to help the recovery process.
If you have been unwell for a while, then before committing yourself to an exercise routine, please check with your doctor. I can tailor gentle exercise which can be increased as time progresses to help you achieve your optimised fitness level.
Or the person maybe training for a specific sport such as a marathon, swimming event, charity run or some important event where they need to get the edge. It may not be sport specific, but to get yourself ready to join the forces or fire, police or ambulance service.
Or it could simply be that you want to lose a few pounds before showing it all on the beach or to get fit so that you can set an example to your children (while in the present climate we could all do with setting the next generation an example) and give them a run for their money. I can also do a group exercise for parents who want to involve their children in fitness exercise.
If a group of likeminded people who want to achieve similar levels of fitness or train for the same specific sport or if you and some friends are thinking of joining the forces then I can cater to the group to help keep the costs down.
If you fancy starting up a club or would like to see a particular club in your area then leave an email address and the club you would like to see on the Start a class contact form.
