This area is dedicated to my progress report about helping a local lorry driver improve his fitness and health.

In the next couple of weeks I am going to be helping a local lorry driver improve his diet and fitness level.

Due to the small space in the cab of the lorry, the exercise routine needs to be effective in a small confinement. The benefits for the lorry driver will be better posture and less back pain. Therefore reducing the chances of being off sick due to bad back.

Better mental alertness as exercise increases the oxygen to the brain and around the body. This will reduce the possibility of accidents.

Diet is another key issue with lorry drivers and something which I will be helping with.

The exercise plans which will be developed over the next few weeks will not only be useful for lorry drivers but for anyone who particularly spends a lot of time sittting down and eats on the go.
