Forces and Service Training
If you are thinking about joining the forces and you do not think that your personal fitness is up to a standard where you feel confident that you can pass the fitness tests to enter, or you need help to keep your fitness levels up for their ongoing fitness tests. Then I can help with a fitness program which will optimise your own personal fitness level.
An example exercise program is given below:
- Stage 1 involves an assessment which includes a lifestyle screening assessment to find out the clients expectations likes and dislikes. Their available time, plus the clients personal health screening for example weight, blood pressure, etc.
- Stage 2 involves a personal program with client open for discussion and amendments. The aim is achieve the clients personal goals. Then if agreed start of exercise routine.
- Stage 3 consists of a number of weeks of exercise with reviews weekly, verbal and motivation. This may vary depending on the clients health and fitness and the level of fitness required (personal goals) which would have been discussed in stage 2.
- Stage 4 on completion a reassessment of the all details reproduced i.e weight, BP with relevant positive results to help the client to be independent so they are educated, motivated and to be able to maintain their new goals.
Bear in mind that this is an example and will vary according to your fitness and your time scale, so the whole program is flexible and worked around you needs.
