To continue your excellent cardiac classes come to our friendly safe environment.
These classes aim to return you to your personal, physical and mental optimum levels and to motivate you to stay with your healthy new lifestyle changes. Plus these exercises may well ultimately lower the chances of a future cardiac event.

You are helped along every step of the way by a Doctors referral, British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation approved and REPS Advance Level 3 Instructor.
The centre offers you an approachable friendly and personal service, so come along and have some fun.
Gentle exercise for the senior members of public. Help to get your joints moving and your heart pumping with low impact exercise at the level you want.

Friendly Cardiac Rehabilitation exercises and/or Young at heart (exercises designed for the senior members). So come along, have some fun, relax and socialise with a nice cup of tea or coffee.
NOTE: Please come to the class at least 5 minutes early. This way everybody can go through the warm-up, exercise routine and the warm-down together. Late comers disturb the exercise flow which spoils it for other people.
Anybody is welcome to come and watch for free before deciding to join. As long as you come early and check in with the instructor (for health and safety reasons). I will not be able to answer questions during the exercise session as this is unfair to the people who have paid for the class. Time permitting after the session I can answer questions.
