About me
To introduce myself I am Sarah Sampson. At school I enjoyed Gymnastics and Dancing, as I grew into secondary School I had a less positive feeling about fitness, the thought of doing a P.E lesson made my heart sink.
A friend asked me to go to the gym with her and from then on I looked forward to going to the gym. So my feelings about exercise changed, now I feel very positively about exercise and wish to help others enjoy the benefits from exercise.
I returned to college later in life to do a Health and Fitness course and went on to gain more Qualifications and experience as can be seen below. I have 10 years experience in health and fitness. Also I teach for many Leisure Centres as well as running a small business for people referred from the hospital to me who have had Cardiac Events.
Fitness is important to everyone at any age, size or gender and it should be enjoyable rather than a chore.

From a personal training point of view I have trained people in specific sport areas i.e. Football training, Skiing, Rowing extra and people who wish to join the forces for their fitness tests to enter or to help them to keep up their fitness for their ongoing fitness tests.
